Young Soloists

We open our season with two talented young soloists, along with the Light Cavalry Overture and music from the great Russian composer, Glinka.

Holiday Celebration

Sunday, December 4, 3:00 pm

Our traditional FREE holiday concert.

Suites and Philosophies

Saturday, March 17, 7:30 pm

Join us as we perform two popular orchestral suites by Copland and Holst, as well as a unique work for low flutes and strings that was commissioned for the Eastside Symphony. Also on the program is an original composition by one of our orchestra members.

Music for Spring

Saturday, May 19, 7:30 pm

A delightful mix of various orchestral works, along with Dukas' showcase piece for solo horn, "Villanelle," and
"A Song for Japan," arranged by one of our orchestra members for brass ensemble.

Young Soloist Auditions!

The Eastside Symphony welcomes audition videos from young soloists interested in performing with the orchestra in its first concert of the next season on October 20, 2012. Auditions are open to anyone under 21.

Applicants should be prepared to perform a full concerto or other solo work with orchestra. Auditions should include a minimum of 6 minutes from the selected work and must be received no later than July 1, 2012.
