Most recently, Alvin earned two Grand Prix awards at the 2025 International French Music Piano Competition (solo and concerto divisions), a Grand Prix Gold Medal at the 2025 Chopin Northwest Piano Competition, Grand Prix at the 2025 Pacific International Piano Competition, and was named Concerto Winner at the 2025 Seattle Young Artist Music Festival.

In January 2024, Alvin made his debut at Carnegie Hall. He was awarded a Platinum Medal at the 2024 Pacific Northwest Piano Competition, Grand Prix at the 2024 Time Era Music Festival, and award prize at the 2024 Washington State MTNA Junior Piano Competition. Following his victory at the 2024 SCMTA Concerto Competition, Alvin performed two movements of his concerto with the Mukilteo Community Orchestra. 

Beyond his musical pursuits, Alvin enjoys international travel, cooking, and spending each summer at his second home in Seoul, South Korea.

Twelve-year-old Alvin Lee, a 7th-grade student in the Bellevue School District, is a rising star in the world of classical piano. A devoted student of Allan Park since the age of seven, Alvin’s musical journey has been marked by exceptional artistry and an impressive list of achievements. Within just two months of study, he captured his first Gold Medals at the Classical Viennese Festival and Sonafest Competition.

Since then, Alvin has garnered Gold and Platinum Medals from numerous prestigious competitions, including the Virtuoso Artists Festival, Chopin Northwest Competition, Pacific Northwest Piano Competition, Performance Arts Festival of the Eastside, Eastside Symphony Concerto Competition, Bellevue Symphony Concerto Competition, Russian Chamber Music Competition, and Pacific International Piano Competition. His talent has also been recognized internationally, with absolute 1st place prizes from the Rome, Brussels, German, French, and Canadian International Music Competitions.
