Bruce Kelley has been bouncing around the Puget Sound community music scene
for quite some time, always trying something new. His current “big gig” is
president of Northwest Mahler Festival but he can be found volunteering for
various musical endeavors including his current position of principal horn,
webmaster, and publications designer at Eastside Symphony. Other interests
include art (drawing, painting and photography), woodworking, astronomy,
investing and computer software. When asked “What do you do?”, Bruce likes
to say “I’m a Renaissance Guy.” Bruce would like to thank Alexei and
Eastside Symphony for this opportunity to perform in such a supportive
environment! Naturally, the same sentiment is owed to Heidi and Fiona. Last,
but not least, a big thank you to horn teacher, Barney Blough for helping to
replace 20 years of self-taught bad habits.
